Job Description
Adjective & Co. is looking for a sharp, adaptable, and proactive intern to join our Account Management team. This role is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience in agency life, supporting the team in executing strategic projects and campaigns on one of our retainer clients.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, quick on their feet, and eager to dive into the fast-paced world of client management. If you thrive in organized chaos, know how to turn feedback into action, and can keep projects moving seamlessly, we want to hear from you.
QualificationsWhat You’ll Do:
Assist with client and internal meetings—taking detailed notes, tracking action items, and keeping the team aligned.
Proofread and review materials to ensure top-notch quality before delivery.
Support account and project management by helping intake feedback, identifying next steps, and organizing deliverables.
Take ownership of small project tasks, ensuring timely execution and follow-through.
Help write project briefs and assist in developing presentations.
Keep things running smoothly—whether it’s organizing files, coordinating schedules, or just making sense of the madness.
What We’re Looking For:
Availability to work full-time; if you're close to graduation, we can offer flexibility to accommodate your schedule.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to problem-solve on the fly.
A creative and strategic mindset with an eye for great branding and storytelling.
Ability to manage multiple tasks while staying cool under pressure.
A personal commitment to being on time, thinking fast, and delivering your best work.
