We are looking for an entry level Accounting Assistant to join our Accounting Staff.

The Accounting Assistant will be in charge of the complete accounts payable cycle of the company, from receipt of invoices, registration in the accounting system, A/P reports for approval and making payments to suppliers on a weekly basis. Also will support the accounting team in the creation of reports, records in the accounting system, in the accounts receivable cycle and in obtaining updated government certifications and mandatory documents for proposals.

Job requirements...

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or other related fields.
• 1-2 years of experience in Accounting or Finance.
• Knowledge of Accounting Full Cycle.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

• Office

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Guaynabo, PR: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• GAAP: 1 year (Preferred)
