We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team located in Dania, Florida. This role is in the Wholesale Distribution - Durable Goods industry and offers a short-term contract employment opportunity. The primary function of this role is to ensure efficient and accurate processing of customer applications and maintaining meticulous customer credit records.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide resolutions
• Ensure accurate billing and cash applications
• Conduct account reconciliation activities
• Handle cash collections and commercial collections
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and tracking
• Provide exceptional customer service over the phone
• Train new members joining the team on the processes and guidelines
• Ensure all customer credit records are accurate and up-to-date.• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is necessary for this role.
• Experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) is required.
• Familiarity with Billing processes is important for the successful execution of job responsibilities.
• Ability to handle Cash Applications is expected.
• Experience in Cash Collections is crucial.
• Knowledge of Commercial Collections is a must-have.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required for managing and interpreting data.
• Excellent Customer Service skills are needed to interact with clients effectively.
