We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Clerk in San Francisco, California. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team in the construction industry. This role will primarily involve maintaining customer credit records and ensuring the completion of billing tasks.

Responsibilities:
• Accurately process customer credit applications as part of the Accounts Receivable function.
• Ensure the timely and accurate completion of both automated and standard billing tasks.
• Maintain up-to-date and precise records of customer credit.
• Prioritize collections as a key aspect of the role, regularly monitoring customer accounts.
• Utilize QuickBooks for various tasks related to billing and collections.
• Maintain a consistent onsite schedule with the flexibility for offsite work.
• Leverage your experience in billing and collections to enhance the efficiency of our processes.• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an Accounts Receivable role or similar
• Proficient in Account Reconciliation and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Demonstrated expertise in Billing procedures
• Proficiency in QuickBooks software is mandatory
• Proven experience in Collections is required
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain high levels of productivity
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interactions with clients and team members
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in work output
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and best practices
• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
