Our organization is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Deductions Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have prior experience with the Amazon portal and a solid understanding of deductions review and dispute process. This position is fully remote.

Responsibilities:

• Use the Amazon portal to manage A/R collections/deductions. AMAZON PORTAL EXPERIENCE IS A MUST
• Review, dispute, and follow up on deductions proficiently.
• Coordinate with various teams including Warehouse and Sales for deduction approval.
• Tenaciously dispute denied deductions and follow up until repayment is achieved.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to manage and analyze data, V/X lookup skills are preferred.
• Communicate effectively and establish strong relations with internal and external stakeholders.

Location: This is a fully remote position.

Duration: This role is provisioned for approximately 3 months, with potential for an extension. The starting date is as soon as possible.
