We are offering a contract for a permanent position as an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Longwood, Florida. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be expected to manage and maintain customer accounts, handle billing processes, and ensure the prompt collection of payments.

Responsibilities:
• Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications
• Keep customer credit records up-to-date and accurate
• Follow up with customers to ensure timely payments and apply these payments to their accounts
• Generate invoices using the billing system in an accurate and timely manner
• Identify overdue accounts and initiate necessary steps to collect outstanding payments
• Resolve any discrepancies in customer account records
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.

• Proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR) operations is mandatory

• Demonstrable experience in handling billing functions

• Ability to process payments efficiently and accurately

• Proven experience in managing invoice discrepancies is needed
