Acquisition Manager & Personal Assistant (Part-Time)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Acquisition Manager & Personal Assistant to join our dynamic real estate and marketing ventures. This part-time role is ideal for someone with a passion for real estate investments and marketing, who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to make a significant impact across multiple businesses.

The position involves identifying and managing real estate acquisition opportunities while supporting the business owner with administrative tasks and personal assistance. This role requires excellent communication, time management skills, and a high level of discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

Acquisition Management:

  • Identify, evaluate, and manage real estate acquisition opportunities, including off-market deals and MLS properties.
  • Build and maintain relationships with wholesalers, realtors, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Perform preliminary property assessments, including cost analysis and ROI projections.
  • Assist with negotiations and prepare documents related to real estate deals.
  • Track ongoing projects and ensure communication between relevant parties.

Personal & Administrative Assistance:

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel.
  • Organize project timelines and monitor deadlines.
  • Assist with various personal tasks to free up the business owner's time.
  • Act as a liaison between the business owner and key contacts or vendors.
  • Support with administrative tasks related to marketing and online brand activities.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in real estate acquisition, sales, or project management is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with spreadsheets, CRM tools, and real estate platforms is a plus.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
  • Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and a sense of humor are highly valued.

Hours & Compensation:

  • Part-time: 20-25 hours per week.
  • Location: Hybrid (some in-person meetings required in Columbia, SC).
  • Compensation: $20/hour with the opportunity for growth and expanded responsibilities.
