About the Role

As the Receptionist and Administrative Support, you’ll be the heart of our office—the friendly face and welcoming voice that ensures every client and guest feels valued from the moment they walk through our doors. You’ll also keep things running smoothly behind the scenes, making sure our team has the support they need to serve others well.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the First Impression – Greet clients warmly, answer calls with a friendly and professional tone, and provide helpful information about our services.
  • Keep Things Running Smoothly – Manage office supplies, keep common areas neat and inviting, and ensure everything is stocked and ready.
  • Provide Administrative Support – Assist with client payments, prepare documents, coordinate meetings, handle record-keeping, run errands, and arrange lunches and events.
  • Support Our Mission – Work alongside a team that is passionate about faith, excellence, and making a difference in people’s lives.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in a receptionist or administrative role (or similar customer-facing
  • position).
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with office software and administrative tasks.
  • A natural multitasker who stays organized and efficient in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communicator with a warm, professional, and service-oriented personality.
