Job Title: Agile Coach Location: Washington, DC US (Primary) Category: Requisition #: AGC Job Type: Full-time Security Clearance Required: Public Trust Education: Bachelor's Degree Job Description: Infotrend, Inc. is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Agile Coach to join our amazing team, supporting a multitude of Agile Transformation and Delivery efforts. As an astute change agent, the Agile Coach will play a critical role at Infotrend, applying subject matter expertise for corporate initiatives, and supporting high-performance program delivery teams. The ideal candidate has extensive hands-on experience in federal government contracting, specifically involving Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Agile Scrum, Kanban, DevSecOps, and Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD). This is an excellent opportunity for a go-getter to wear multiple hats and excel in an entrepreneurial environment. Responsibilities: This position will play a vital role supporting various team members and customer stakeholders to understand and adopt the lean-agile mindset. The successful candidate will be able to work across organizational boundaries to facilitate communication and collaboration. Develop and maintain the Agile Transformation roadmap for the enterprise, including implementation of an Agile Community of Practice to align standards, coaching, training, and adoption. Evaluate existing programs for alignment with Agile principles and best practices, and recommend solutions for optimization based on customer goals and objectives. Support one or more federal programs as an Agile Coach, helping organizations adopt their role in the transformation initiative. Create and facilitate Agile workshops supporting transformation. Coach team members on optimal use of Agile tools and technologies (Jira, Confluence, TFS/Azure DevOps, etc.). Provide visibility and understanding of team performance to allow teams to take continuous improvement actions. Support bids, proposals, and marketing efforts, including creation of relevant Agile content, reviewing proposals, and delivering oral presentations. Other duties, as assigned. Preferred Qualifications: 10+ years IT program/project experience. Extensive hands-on experience with SAFe, Agile Scrum, Kanban, DevSecOps, and CI/CD. Current or ability to obtain at least two (2) advanced Agile certifications, for example: SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC6). ICAgile Certified Professional in Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC). Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I). Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM). Certified SAFe DevOps Practitioner. Ability to work as part of a team and independently in support of a common vision. Effective Agile Coaching experience at all levels of an organization. Strong skills facilitating, collaborating, leading, training, and coaching. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Expert understanding of metrics and measurements used to determine team performance. Experience working with technologist and business leaders. Expert with Microsoft (MS) Office Suite, MS Teams, and MS SharePoint. Change agent / organizational change expertise. Experience working within Agency-level technology organizations. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in a technology-related field. Ability to obtain and/or maintain Public Trust Security Clearance. Ability to obtain and/or maintain Secret Security Clearance is a major plus. Must be SOLE U.S. Citizen. Location: Hybrid remote with occasional on-site client interaction, primarily in the Washington, DC metro area. The salary for this position ranges from $110,000 to $160,000 annually. The exact salary offered will depend on your qualifications, experience, and alignment with the responsibilities of the role.
