Salary: $22.50 - $30.50/hr

Sourced Experts are currently recruiting on behalf of one of the worlds leading logistics solutions providers for a Freight Forwarder with experience in transporting pharmaceutical goods by air.

As a Freight Forwarder, you will be responsible for overseeing the exportation of pharmaceutical goods, including scheduling with airlines and managing the movement of shipments through various transportation channels

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the exportation of pharmaceutical goods by air, including preparation and process required documentation for customs clearance, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading
• Track and monitor shipments, providing regular updates to customers on the status of their shipments
• Manage relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws, including customs regulations and trade laws
  
  
  
  

Essential Skills & Experience

• Prior experience in air freight forwarding, logistics, or a related field
• Knowledge of air freight logistics and customs regulations
• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
