Do you have 3 or more years experience servicing Allstate Insurance clients at an Allstate Exclusive Agency?
Do you have 1 or more years experience selling Allstate Insurance products at an Allstate Exclusive Agency?
Do you have a advanced level knowledge of proprietary Allstate legacy products like AIC, AP&C, AFCIC?
Are you proficient in working with the following Allstate proprietary applications; eAgent, Advisor Pro, ASIC/Billing, Allstate Claims, RMBC Chat and Tech Support?

ResponsibilitiesTake up to 15 incoming Allstate insurance service calls per day and transition that activity into a discount/coverage reviews and cross-sell additional insurance products into the household.
Daily calls to our existing clients to offer portfolio reviews (discounts and coverages), and cross sale solicitations of policies not presently with our agency.
Must be mastery level proficient with eAgent, Advisor Pro, RMBC, ASIC, and Claims (all Allstate proprietary systems), and quoting in Ivantage.
