We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Appliance Service Technician to join our team. If you're passionate about excellent customer service and have a solid technical background, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Diagnose, repair, and service household appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, stoves, and dishwashers.
Provide timely, professional service in customers' homes and in our shop.
Troubleshoot appliance issues and complete repairs to a high standard.
Communicate clearly with customers about service details, costs, and estimated timelines.
Stay up to date with current appliance models, technologies, and service techniques.
Maintain accurate service records and complete job reports.
Follow all safety procedures and company protocols.
Offer maintenance advice and recommendations to customers for optimal appliance care.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in diagnosing and repairing a variety of household appliances.
Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage service schedules effectively.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Physical ability to lift and move heavy appliances when necessary.
