Job Description
We are searching for a proactive, careful Appointment Scheduler to match our dynamic team. Perfect for this role would be someone who excels in managing several obligations, prioritizing, and ensuring everyone's calendar is in line. Managing calendars, booking appointments, and guaranteeing that clients and colleagues get first-rate customer service will be your main duties as an appointment scheduler.
Verify that appointments for staff members and clients are arranged, verified, and effectively handled.
Verify that no conflicts exist and that every schedule is current.
Verify appointments and get needed data by client correspondence.
Answer politely calls for appointments made via the website, email, or phone.
Maintaining current and orderly calendar systems will help to ensure seamless appointment scheduling.
Through process management, make sure rescheduling and cancellements go off without a hitch.
Help plan both virtual and in-person meetings as needed.
Giving your clients all the information they need including when, where, and what to bring helps them to be knowledgeable about their appointments.
Working with other team members, ensure that appointment times fit operational needs and are convenient.
Plan and track follow-up visits to assure timely reminders and confirmations.
Answer consumer inquiries and complaints in a professional yet sympathetic way.
