Salary:

Miedema Appraisals Location: Hybrid Training Will be in Byron Center office.

Combined base pay & Commission Income Earning Potential - $40,000 to $150,000

Summary: Conduct appraisals, including traveling to various client sites, inspecting, photographing, and documenting the assets, and performing research for various clients. Provide asset summaries as needed to clients and business president as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills
• Prefer 2-5 years experience in industrial machines or industrial setting.
• Knowledge of a variety of Industrial machinery
• College degree
• Computer skills in MS office (word/excel), internet, and Outlook
• Dependable
• Self-Driven
• Previous appraisal experience - Is encouraged but not required.
• Organized
• Have the ability to adapt to various locations and situations.
• Sociable
• Attention to detail.

Essential Job Functions

• Appraising a variety of equipment Training Provided
• Conduct onsite inspections of items that need to be appraised.
  • Would require travel throughout the United States
• Office research
• Submitting reports for management review
  • Using strict Miedema Appraisal format
• Communicate with a large variety of clients.
• Office tasks as requested
• Knowledge of MAMG companies
