Job Description

We are seeking experienced Architects to join our team in NYC. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on diverse building projects, collaborating with engineers, contractors, and owners throughout the design and construction process.

Key Responsibilities:

• ​Provide interior design drawings, including floor plans (finish, furniture, decorative RCP’s), typical interior elevations tagged with finishes and specifications, interior design intent details for typical wall sections, construction profiles, transitions, and custom millwork.
• Produce construction documents, schematic designs, and design developments.
• Develop and implement design criteria based on relevant codes, standards, and industry best practices.
• Create comprehensive contract documents, including detailed construction drawings and technical specifications.
• Manage project schedules, punch lists, and ensure timely task completion.
• Create and update project drawings, track changes, and maintain configuration documents.
• Assist in project closeout documentation and manage software configuration as needed.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in Architecture/Architectural Design.

• Undergraduate and/or Graduate Degree in Architecture required.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office.

• Strong conceptual design skills, 3D modeling (SketchUp a plus).

• Experience in construction administration and practical construction knowledge.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaborative skills.

• Ability to time-manage multiple tasks and meet project deliverables and submission deadlines.

• Fluency in English (both spoken and written).
