Job Description

Our client, a leader in the medical device industry, is seeking an Assembler to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be part of the production department supporting innovative healthcare solutions. The ideal candidate will have teamwork, dependability, and accountability which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembler - Second Shift (2:00pm - 10:30pm)

Location: Cypress, CA

Pay Range: $18 per hour

What's the Job?

• Assemble medical device components, fastening parts, ensuring correct connections and fit. 
• Inspect and verify assembled components meet specifications, resolving issues as needed. 
• Follow HIPAA, ISO 13485, Joint Commission, and OSHA standards.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Communicate any stoppages on the line to the lead.
• Perform routine minor maintenance and keep a clean workspace.
• Look for continuous improvement opportunities in the production process.
• Job duties will require employees to sit, stand, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.

What's Needed?

• 1+ years of experience in medical device manufacturing or small device assembly.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Electrostatic Discharge Sensitive (ESD).
