Compensation * : Competitive starting salary $120,200 - $157,500 commensurate with skills and experience, Full Pay Range: $120,200 - $194,700
Anticipated Start Date: Early – Mid January

Our Location
Energy Trust provides for a range of work location options, including remote, hybrid and in-office work. We are open to candidates who live throughout Oregon and Washington.
The Assistant Director, Energy Programs would be expected to report to the office on a quarterly basis, at minimum for all-staff and other in-person meetings.
What We’re Looking For:The Assistant Director – Energy Programs will support the planning, developing, organizing, integrating, managing, and implementing of multiple energy efficiency and renewable energy programs, as well as manage day-to-day activities of the Energy Programs team.
The Assistant Director – Energy Programs will report to and is a direct line of support to the Director of Energy Programs, both in their day-to-day capacity and in company-wide and stakeholder meetings and communications as needed. You will work closely with the Assistant Director – Program Operations and collaborate with support groups including Finance, Planning and Evaluation, Innovation and Development (InnDev), Communications and Customer Service (CCS), and IT to meet organizational objectives.
