This role offers a competitive salary range of $70,583 - $151,389 , depending on experience, along with an excellent benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, a Flexible Spending Account (FSA), employer-paid life insurance, optional spouse insurance, a pension plan, vacation and sick time, and optional overtime bonus pay. QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Active member of the North Dakota bar and in good standing by your start date
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• High-quality research and writing skills
• Quick analytical ability
• Satisfactory performance in prior employment
• Ability to accurately and precisely articulate critical issues in a case
• Ability to work in a supportive and professional manner with other attorneys, support staff, and the courts

Preferred qualifications:

• Criminal prosecutorial or defense experience
• Civil legal and appellate experience
• Law enforcement or related field experience
• Knowledge of 4th, 5th, and 6th Amendments to the US Constitution
• Strong desire to work in a prosecutor's office
