Requirements Skills/Qualifications: - 2+ years' experience as an Assistant Pastry Chef
- 2+ years' experience working in a high-volume restaurant or theme park.
- Knowledge of food recipes.
- Knowledge of food recipe development
- Knowledge of proper food handling requirements.
- Skilled in organization and planning.
Physical Requirements: - Must be 18 years of age.
- Must be able to constantly stand and exert well-paced mobility for a period up to four hours in length.
- Must be able to bend, kneel, stoop, reach, and squat on a frequent basis to receive and store stock, supplies and equipment as well as to work the line during service periods.
- Must be able to communicate effectively and listen attentively to supervisors, employees, vendors and guests.
Expected Hours of Work - Flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, based on park needs.
