Job Description

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in day-to-day project coordination and administration
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely performance
• Help track project schedules, budgets, and progress reports
• Attend and document job site meetings and inspections
• Assist with procurement, material tracking, and delivery scheduling
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, permits, and building codes
• Maintain strong communication with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1–3 years of experience in commercial construction
• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or other PM software preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
