Contracted Hours: 45 hours

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Supporting Performance: Assist in managing and elevating the restaurant’s performance.
• Team Development: Coach, train, and inspire your team to greatness.
• Achieving Excellence: Help hit KPIs to maintain our high standards.
• Smooth Operations: Assist with weekly admin tasks to keep the restaurant running like clockwork.
• Guest Experience: Ensure every guest has a memorable experience that keeps them coming back again and again.
• Talent Recruitment: Help find and foster the best talent who embody our core values: smart, heart, and courage.
