TITLE: FAMILY LAW ASSOCIATE

Job Summary:

We have an immediate opening for an experienced Family Law Associate for our client’s Bayonne, NJ office. We seek an enthusiastic, motivated family law attorney to join our growing team of practitioners. Partners and small groups will also be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Drafting pleadings, interrogatories, case information statements, settlement agreements and final judgments.
• You will regularly attend consults, court appearances, depositions and argue motions.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• New Jersey State Bar Admissions and in good standing
• Two (2+) years of family law experience – law firm
• Courtroom experience – drafting pleading, filing motions, etc. required
• Solid Divorce Experience required
• Prior Law Clerk experience is a plus
• Hybrid - 3 days onsite/2 days work from home
