We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Part-Time Associate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality dental care to patients while demonstrating professionalism, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to patient satisfaction. Responsibilities:

  1. Perform dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning for patients.
  2. Provide comprehensive dental care, including but not limited to restorative, preventive, and cosmetic treatments.
  3. Perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns, bridges, and dentures.
  4. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and treatment options.
  5. Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and other staff members to ensure efficient patient care.
  6. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of treatments provided.
  7. Adhere to infection control protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  8. Stay updated on advancements in dentistry through continuing education and professional development.
  9. Participate in practice marketing and community outreach initiatives to attract new patients and enhance the practice's reputation.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service and address patient concerns or inquiries with empathy and professionalism.

Requirements:

  1. Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
  2. Valid state dental license and current DEA registration.
  3. Minimum of 1 years of experience practicing dentistry, preferably in a similar clinical setting.
  4. Proficiency in performing a wide range of dental procedures with precision and care.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
  6. Strong commitment to patient care, ethics, and professionalism.
  7. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  8. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate patient schedules.
  9. Dedication to staying current with advancements in dental technology and techniques through continuing education.
  10. Positive attitude, adaptability, and a passion for delivering exceptional dental care.
