We are looking to hire an Autobody Office Manager- Must Have Experience And Read Estimates to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Manage records and information
• Assist in writing estimates for walk in customers.
• Greet, help and assist customers.
• Map out vehicle drop offs and oversee workflow.
• Provide administrative assistance to management team
• Encourage and improve cross-department internal communication
• Perform other office tasks (replenish office supplies, distribute mail, custodial duties, etc.)
• Must be fluent in reading, writing and comparing repair estimates and submit supplements to third parties for review.
• Accounts payables and receivables.
• Claim coordination and claims help.

• Must have previous experience in administrative services or other related fields.
• Experience with insurance company claim handling, automotive repair.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Strong leadership qualities

DentPro Colors is a family owned and operated small business and growing Auto Body Repair Shop located in a busy area near Costco on Monument Blvd, in a professional complex. We have been in business over 17 years. We expanded about 2 years ago and need someone to help us continue to build the business with a patient and friendly personality to assist in the front office. Our business caters to a older demographic paying out of pocket many times and looking for help in our repair process. Customer service is crucial to our business. Our quality of work is high while still maintaining a easy go with the flow, healthy work environment.
