WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? To be successful as a
Barback on the Electric Shuffle Team, you will be responsible for the following on a daily basis:
- Assisting with opening and closing duties, ensuring that Bartenders have clean towels, glassware, etc.
- Be fun, enthusiastic and have lots of energy.
- Be able to work as part of a team, delivering consistent service with an attention to detail, even when under pressure.
- Having excellent organizational skills.
- Ensuring bar is well-stocked with ice, liquor, wine, and beer.
- Bring new and creative ideas to how we do things.
- Checking taps and appliances to confirm that they are working properly, making minor repairs, or changing out kegs if needed.
Experience as a Barback is important, but attitude and finding the right 'fit' comes first for us.
