Our Story
Bad Ass Coffee of Hawaii was born on the Big Island of Hawaii in 1989 with the dream of sharing American-grown, premium Hawaiian coffee from Kauai, Oahu, Maui, Moloka’i and Ka’u with coffee lovers everywhere.
In addition to coffee with a kick, we serve popular blended drinks, teas, food, and branded merchandise. We’re committed to sharing the warm hospitality of the Aloha Spirit by creating a space where every customer can relax, enjoy themselves and fuel their inner badass.
Responsibilities:
•\tCreate the Aloha spirit with every customer interaction
•\tProduce Bad Ass beverages with speed and accuracy
•\tCleaning and upkeep in the shop
•\tCash handling
Qualifications:
•\tPrevious experience in a similar role in the food service or coffee industry is preferred.
•\tStrong customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
•\tKnowledge of Toast POS system or similar point-of-sale is a plus
•\tAvailable and punctual.
•\tAbility to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
•\tExcellent communication skills.
•\tA great attitude
•\tWillingness to work within a team atmosphere
