The Taproom Bartender is accountable for representing the Ratio brand and for the delivery of exceptional hospitality.

Description

BARTENDER PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Consistently provide outstanding customer service
• Maintain a clean presentable appearance
• Navigate point of sale system
• Maintain a clean work environment
• Be aware of Google Calendar donations and/or events
• Monitor customer alcohol consumption
• Changing kegs
• Stocking coolers
• Assist taproom events
• Assist with outside festivals
• Stock merchandise
• Stock glassware
• Maintain Ratio Core Values
• Event Production Support
• Assist with draft line maintenance
• All other duties, as assigned

COMPENSATION RANGE

BAR = $15.79 plus tips averaging between $18.00 and $30.00 per hour or between $32.27 per hour to $47.29 per hour with no cap

ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Must be at least 21 yrs old
• 1-2 yrs minimum bar/restaurant experience
• TIPS Certification preferred
• knowledge and experience with restaurant POS system
• Strong verbal and written communication with the team and to management
• Weekday, nights and weekend schedule flexibility
• Customer centric disposition, professional and interactive
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions
• Must have reliable transportation

• Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Frequent walking bending, twisting, kneeling, climbing, stooping, crawling, and crouching
• Ability to move and/or lift up to 75lbs

Salary


$32 - $47 per hour
