Key Responsibilities:
•Collect, analyze, and interpret datasets to identify trends and patterns in the real estate market.
•Support the development of reports and presentations that provide actionable insights to real estate agents.
•Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to optimize data-driven strategies.
•Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing regular audits and updates.
Qualifications:
•Interest in data analysis, statistics, or related fields.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of data mining tools & software is a plus.
•Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
•Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
•Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
