BOOKKEEPER:

Our client is a well-established bookkeeping firm who is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Full-Charge Bookkeeper to join their growing organization. Strong team mentality and a supportive management team are some of the things current employees rave about.

Responsibilities of the Bookkeeper:

• Handle the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes

• Enter and process payroll on a weekly and semi-monthly basis

• Process the cash receipts and miscellaneous A/R adjustments

• Complete the month-end close and prepare financial statements

• General ledger and journal entries

• Complete miscellaneous duties and projects, as assigned

Preferred Qualifications of the Bookkeeper:

• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, month-end close, and preparing financial statements

• QuickBooks Online experience required

• Hands-on proficiency with Excel and accounting software experience

• Excellent analytical and organizational skills

• Ability to work with minimal supervision and prioritize assignments

• The ideal candidate must be a team player and able to work well in a fast-paced small office environment

The Bookkeeper role is fully onsite in Smithville, OH with a salary range of $50,000 - $60,000 depending on experience.
