Our client located in Nashville is seeking a Bookkeeper to join their company. They are small law firm that provide immigration counsel to businesses, entrepreneurs and investors.

Work Hours: 8 - 5, flexible


Job Description:

• Maintain Accurate Financial Records: Record, classify, and reconcile daily transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare Financial Reports: Generate monthly financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with reporting standards.
• Handle Payroll and Tax Compliance: Process payroll, calculate tax liabilities, and ensure timely submission of tax filings and other regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with management, vendors, and clients to address financial discrepancies, provide insights into financial health, and support budget
• Industry is professional services/law, and experience in this industry is preferred. This will function for the mail law practice and immigration business.
• Tracking contracts with QB estimates as well as payments against the contracts. Reporting of the information to Brent so he can manage recruiter relationships in Vietnam, Pakistan, etc
