Caring Transitions of West Fairfax & South Herndon is looking for a Business Development Lead with experience in assisted living, senior services or real estate to help expand our local network. If you're a people-person, passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors, and have a background in building relationships within this community, we want to hear from you! Retirees and stay-at-home candidates are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outreach: Build and nurture relationships with local assisted living, memory care facilities, real estate professionals, and family-law attorneys.
- Network: Promote our services and grow a referral network to support seniors during their transitions.
- Brand: Represent Caring Transitions at local events and meetings to increase brand awareness.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in the senior services community (independent/assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, etc.) preferred, but we're open to motivated candidates willing to learn.
- Experience in real estate, estate planning or mortgage lending preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
- Organized, results-driven, and familiar with CRM tools.
- Interest in growing with the company and evolving this part-time individual contributor role into a full-time management role.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.
