Salary: $55,000 base + $500/month car allowance + up to $500/month in commission ( Total potential: $67,000/year )

Start Date: Mid-March to early April

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 10am to 5pm + Saturday 10am - 3pm

About Us:

ROKiT is launching ROK Hard Gummies , a safe, effective, and delicious over-the-counter male enhancement supplement designed to replace Rhino Pills in convenience stores, gas stations, smoke shops, and retail chains. Our goal is to build nationwide distribution and disrupt the market with a superior product.

We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Manager (CPG) to lead our sales and distribution efforts . This is a ground-floor opportunity with significant growth potential —as we scale, this role can grow into a Director position ($100,000+ base) with a sales team under them.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop & Build Distribution: Secure partnerships with wholesalers, distributors, and retailers in the convenience, gas station, pharmacy, and smoke shop space .
• Drive Sales: Call and visit wholesale distributors, retail buyers, and store managers to pitch, sample, and close deals.
• Market Expansion: Travel to key locations, attend industry trade shows, and establish retail placement .
• Sell a Better Alternative: Educate buyers on ROK Hard Gummies as a safer, more effective, and tastier replacement for Rhino Pills .
• Strategic Growth: Lay the groundwork for a scalable sales operation , eventually building and managing a team of Business Development Managers.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Proven experience in sales & distribution —must have a track record of successfully placing CPG products (especially supplements, male enhancement, or OTC products) into wholesalers, convenience stores, gas stations, or similar retail chains .

✅ Self-motivated & hungry for growth —this role is for someone who thrives on closing deals and is excited to grow with a company from the ground up .

✅ Strong industry connections —existing relationships with distributors and retailers is a major plus.

✅ Willing to travel —this role requires visiting locations, attending trade shows, and meeting buyers in person .

✅ Persuasive communicator & deal-closer —confidently pitch products and negotiate distribution agreements .

💰 $55,000 base salary
