NetTracePro is a fast-growing digital marketing and automation startup helping small businesses thrive through custom websites, social media content, and streamlined outreach solutions.

We’re looking for a hungry and motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to help us grow. This is a remote, commission-based role perfect for someone who wants to break into tech sales, gain real-world experience, and build income with a fast-moving startup.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and reach out to small business leads via cold email, DMs, LinkedIn, and cold calls
  • Book qualified discovery calls with the NetTracePro team
  • Manage and follow up with prospects using simple tools (Office 365, Excel, CRM)
  • Learn and refine outreach strategies to improve results
  • Work remotely with weekly virtual check-ins

Compensation & Earning Potential

This is a commission-based sales role with strong performance-based incentives.

  • Commission: 10%–20% per closed deal (tiered)
  • Average deal size: $1,500–$5,000
  • Earn $150–$1,000+ per sale

On-Target Earnings (OTE):

  • 2 deals/month = $600–$1,200
  • 4 deals/month = $1,200–$2,400
  • 6+ deals/month = $2,500–$3,600+

Most reps average $1000-$2500+ /month based on performance , with top earners hitting $3K–$4K+/month .

Tiered Commission Plan:

  • 10% for first 3 clients closed
  • 15% after 4–5 clients
  • 20% for 6+ clients closed

What We're Looking For

  • Entry-level role — perfect for college students or recent grads looking to break into sales
  • Preferred: previous sales, retail, or customer service experience
  • Strong communication skills (especially in writing)
  • Comfortable with cold outreach , including cold calling , DMs, and email
  • Organized and able to follow through without being micromanaged
  • Coachable and open to feedback
  • Bonus: interest or background in marketing, business, or entrepreneurship
