Rezzy is a fast-growing home services company, and we’re looking for driven Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to join our team and help industry professionals secure funding for their next big deal. Compensation:

• Base salary + uncapped commission structure.
• On-Target Earnings (OTE): $48,000 - $100,000+ in your first year.
• Clear path for career growth and increased earnings.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Proactively connect with industry professionals, business owners, and referral partners through cold calling, email, and other outreach methods.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to drive consistent deal flow.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships to maximize retention and repeat business.
• Provide prospects with the tools and resources they need to confidently move forward with Rezzy.
• Work closely with the team to ensure an exceptional client experience from start to finish.

What We’re Looking For:

• Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline with organization and efficiency.
• Experience using CRM tools (preferred but not required).
• 1+ years of sales experience (real estate or finance experience is a plus).
