Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated CAD Designer who is eager to contribute to our dynamic team and grow with us long-term. As part of a growing startup, you’ll have the opportunity to take on more responsibility, shape our design processes, and help elevate the business. The ideal candidate will value entrepreneurship and the opportunity to be part of a startup that's in the exciting phase of growth. As a CAD Designer, you will work on a variety of bathroom and home remodeling projects, creating accurate CAD drawings, 3D renderings, and collaborating with our sales design and installation teams. You’ll play a key role in shaping the future of the company while having the flexibility to manage your schedule.



Key Responsibilities:

• Create accurate and detailed CAD drawings for bathroom and home remodeling projects, including floor plans, elevations, plumbing diagrams, windows, paint and exterior designs, etc.
• Collaborate with project managers, sales team, and homeowners to ensure designs meet specifications and homeowners needs.
• Produce 3D renderings and visual presentations to help homeowners visualize the final result.
• Maintain up-to-date design files and coordinate with our Sales team to incorporate materials and product specs into designs.
• Ensure designs adhere to building codes and industry regulations.
• Continuously modify and update drawings as projects evolve.
• Problem-solve and suggest innovative solutions to design challenges.
• Be a part of a growing, collaborative team, helping shape the company's future.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CAD Designer, preferably in the bathroom and/or home remodeling or construction industry.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other relevant design tools).
• Experience with 3D modeling and rendering for design presentations.
• Understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative work style.
• A portfolio showcasing your CAD design work (preferred).

Preferred:

• Experience in CAD bathroom design and remodeling.
• Knowledge of modern and sustainable design practices.
• Familiarity with project management software.
