ProWest Roofing is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Canvassing Representatives. This role is ideal for outgoing individuals who enjoy engaging with people, working outdoors, and earning additional income through a commission structure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct door-to-door canvassing in assigned neighborhoods to generate leads for ProWest Roofing services.
• Educate homeowners about roofing solutions and schedule appointments for inspections.
• Identify potential roofing issues and promote ProWest Roofing’s expertise in providing solutions.
• Accurately record and report canvassing activities, appointments, and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with the sales and inspection teams to ensure smooth transitions from lead to sale.

Compensation Details:

• Base Pay: $15 per hour.
• Commission Structure:
  • $25 for each scheduled appointment.
  • $25 for each completed inspection.
  • $25 for every signed contract.
  • $25 for every project approval.

Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and comfortable with outdoor canvassing.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in canvassing, sales, or customer service is a plus but not required.
