Kendall Auto Group is one of the largest family owned and operated dealers in the Pacific Northwest and premier employer in Anchorage. We are looking for a Detailer to join our Kendall Ford Lincoln of Anchorage team. We are looking for candidates who are self-motivated, willing to learn, and have good time management. This is not an entry level position, pay for this position will begin at $18 per hour. Some of the benefits of working with Kendall are:
Job duties will include washing, polishing, waxing all new and used vehicles, vacuuming vehicle interiors, cleaning and polishing vehicle glass, cleaning engine compartments, touching up chipped services and paint imperfections, chemically treating tires, vinyl, and other surfaces as needed, and documenting all work completed to Kendall and manufacture guidelines. Other janitorial duties will be assigned when necessary.
Required schedule is Saturday through Wednesday with Thursday and Friday off.
Work is primarily performed indoors in a shop environment, exposure to noise, vibration, dust, paint, cleaning solutions, use of general hand tools, bending, twisting, and crouching will be required frequently to perform job duties, climbing and reaching will be required often to clean all parts of vehicles and pushing or pulling up to 20 pounds of force occasionally performed.
