Position OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Crew Lead to oversee our commercial and residential interior/ exterior deep cleaning team. This role requires hands-on leadership in delivering top-quality cleaning services for properties, carpet cleaning, including pressure washing, soft washing, roof cleaning, gutter maintenance, and other exterior cleaning solutions. The Crew Lead will ensure jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standard of customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesCrew Leadership: Direct and manage a team of technicians, delegating tasks and ensuring projects are completed on time and to specifications.Project Execution: Perform and supervise exterior cleaning services, including power washing, soft washing, roof cleaning, window cleaning, and other related services.Customer Interaction: Serve as the on-site point of contact for customers, communicating clearly and professionally about job details, progress, and results.Quality Control: Inspect completed work to ensure adherence to company standards and customer expectations.Safety Oversight: Enforce all safety protocols, including proper use of equipment, chemicals, ladders, and harnesses where applicable.Equipment Management: Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot pressure washers, pumps, hoses, and related cleaning equipment. Report maintenance needs as required.Training & Development: Mentor crew members by providing training on best practices, safety, and efficient techniques.Scheduling & Reporting: Track daily work, crew hours, and job progress. Provide updates to management and document completed work with photos when required.QualificationsPrevious experience in exterior cleaning (pressure washing, soft washing, roof/gutter cleaning, or similar services) required.Prior leadership or crew management experience preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform demanding tasks for extended periods.Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.Knowledge of cleaning solutions and eco-friendly methods is a plus.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive hourly rate with overtime opportunities.Performance-based bonuses.Paid training and ongoing career development.Opportunities for advancement into operations management.About UsWe are a growing exterior services company dedicated to delivering exceptional results for both commercial and residential clients.
