No credit check, no down payment, no balloon payment, walk away lease. Driver should start as a contractor with us first for one month before we guarantee the LP program. This program is only available for our flatbed trailers.

Pay:

75% of the total load gross. (25% includes trailer rental and cargo/ liability insurance)

Weekly deductions:

• Truck Payment (ranges from $750-$900 depending on truck)
• Bobtail Insurance $150 weekly
• Physical Damage Insurance: $50 weekly
• Securement Equipment: $100 weekly (this will be paid off at $2,500 in total)
• Registration: $60 weekly
• Maintenance Program: 0.15-0.16cpm weekly depending on truck year and miles. (average
• $350-$450 weekly, caps out at $10,000

Fuel: unfixed amount (typically an average fuel cost is between $1200-$1700 weekly)

Tolls: varies on route driver takes

Monthly Deductions:

• Occupational Insurance: $200
• Prepass: $20
• ELD: $75
• Offsite parking (if needed) $250
• ELD deposit of $250 (one time charge, fully refundable)

Other deductions:

• IFTA: (quarterly) typically between $200-$500
• 2290: $600 yearly
• Highway taxes: $500 yearly
• Permits (NY/NM/KY/OR/IFTA STICKER): $50 one time.
• Driver legal plan (optional) $13.33 per month
• Security Deposit: $250 weekly until $2,500 cap has reached (first 10 weeks, refundable as long as two weeks notice is given, no major damages to equipment and no insurance claims)

Summary:

If driver grosses $7,000 he gets 75% of that which is $5,250 After deductions listed above, (including occupational and escrow) driver will bring home around $1,900 weekly.

Truck payments:

• 2025 truck - $900 weekly, 0.15cpm maintenance fund account,4 year term
• 2024 truck - $850 weekly, 0.15cpm maintenance fund account, 3 year term
• 2023 truck - $800 weekly, 0.16cpm maintenance fund account, 2 year term
• 2022 truck - $750 weekly, 0.16cpm maintenance fund account, 2 year term

Perks:

• Two weeks of “vacation” per year, where the truck payment is not applied. (first week is granted after 6 months, second week is granted on 12th month. Driver must call and coordinate with the dispatcher before taking a week vacation. May only take one week at a time)
• Referral Bonus of $500 ($250 second week after 1st load delivery, another $250 four week after 1st load delivery.
• $0.25cpg fuel discount
• Safety bonuses up to $300 per clean inspection
• No forced dispatch
• Maintenance fund account is eligible for all maintenance other than towing for improper parking, running out of fuel, truck/trailer wash.
