GovFirst is now hiring Snow Plow Operators for the 20252026 winter season for various Virginia locations. Whether you're a seasoned CDL driver or an independent owner-operator, we want YOU on our winter response team.

Open Locations

• Culpeper, VA (Charlottesville, Louisa, Warrenton)
• Fredericksburg, VA (Fredericksburg, Northern Neck, Saluda)
• Hampton Roads, VA (Accomac, Franklin, Williamsburg)
• Salem, VA (Bedford, Christiansburg, Martinsville, Salem)

Operator Responsibilities

• Operate plow trucks and apply salt/de-icer along designated route.
• Complete vehicle inspections before and after shifts.
• Follow route maps and communicate with dispatchers.
• Maintain safe driving practices during hazardous conditions.

Requirements

• CDL Class A/B or valid drivers license.
• Must be 18+ with reliable transportation.
• Availability for overnight/weekend shifts during snow events.
• Snow plowing experience required.
