Case Management Consulting LLC is seeking to fill the Change Manager for one of our customers. Case Consulting LLC is an 8(a) Certified, Minority Woman-owned Small Business that focuses on delivering secure, high-quality web-based process automatization tools and knowledge management solutions.
- Position: Change Manager
- Location: Springfield, VA
- Position type: Onsite
- Clearance: Top Secret
Responsibilities: - Strong experience and command of large-scale, multi-phase change and transformation
- Comfortable working across multiple disciplines and flex to strategic pivots
- Depth of experience in communications, training, behavior, engagement, and stakeholder management
- Strong verbal and written communicator, group facilitator, and trainer
- Function as change expert on a team with other senior corporate experts, executive planners, and project managers
Requirements: The ideal candidate should have at least 15 years of experience in the following areas:
- Change management: planning, scheduling, and evaluating performance to track progress against plans. This includes creating integrated master plans and schedules, project plans, milestone charts, roadmaps, and performance evaluations.
- Data and information management: designing and developing methods for gathering, assessing, evaluating, reporting, and presenting data. This includes creating data templates, conducting interviews, managing feedback, evaluating data, preparing reports, and delivering final briefs to leadership.
- Stakeholder engagement: designing solicitation approaches, collecting and consolidating feedback, deriving meaningful insights through assessment, and reporting results as recommendations and requirements. The candidate should also be able to devise plans to identify and cultivate champions and change agents.
- Transformation integration: aligning strategic, operational, and technical frameworks and plans into integrated plans and schedules.
- Project management: proposing, planning, and facilitating the successful execution of unique sub-plans and projects. The candidate should also be capable of developing and maintaining project management products such as integrated schedules, status reports, and stakeholder engagement training and briefings.
- Communications: designing, developing, and delivering compelling communication products, including briefings, data presentations, articles, and executive messaging.
- Requirements: technical writing for CONOPS, OPS Plans, and Requirements.
- Ability to assess behaviors and motivations and design approaches to enforce desired behavior. This involves creating communications and collaboration forums and managing channels to provide and receive stakeholder information and ideas.
- Experience working in a mission-focused setting in defense and intelligence.
- Certification in Change Management (e.g., Procsi, LaMarsh, CCMP).
- Knowledge of agile technical project planning life cycle and innovation life cycles.
- Knowledge of NGA Source Operations and Management Directorate's mission and functions.
