Channel Account Manager - Zoom Contact Center at Zoom in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description CX Channel Account Manager, ANZ What you can expect We are seeking a talented Channel Account Manager with a deep specialized experience in Customer Experience (CCaaS). You will have experience in CX channel and partner formation, understanding of the industry and CX market. This person will work with our channel partners to develop a Zoom CX practice to help their customers transform their customer experiences. You will partner with broader Zoom Channel business, AE's and broader stakeholders to help our customers adopt the value of the Zoom CX capabilities. With a focus on delivering cutting-edge communication solutions for clients across all sectors, the team passionately engages with clients worldwide. Through strategic partnerships and a customer-centric approach, they play a pivotal role in expanding Zoom's global presence and ensuring businesses harness the full potential of virtual collaboration. What we're looking for + 5+ years CX / Cloud (CCaaS) Channel creation experience + Have SaaS Business & Sales experience + Have deep Contact Center software industry product knowledge + Understand business telephony & Contact Center (Cloud & Premises PBX) + Experience leading others with product/services training; best practices; demo and sales guides; learning and training materials. Salary Range or On Target Earnings: Minimum: $144,900.00 Maximum: $316,900.00 In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value. Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
