About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to serve as a key partner to the CEO in driving the organization's strategy, managing special projects, and advancing critical cross-organizational priorities. The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor, ensuring that the company's mission, goals, and initiatives are in alignment. This role is highly visible and involves fostering a culture of inclusion, diversity, equity, and belonging. The Chief of Staff will also be responsible for overseeing the executive office, engaging with the Board of Directors, and collaborating across departments to streamline processes and promote strategic alignment. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have a legal authorization to work in the United States and at least 10 years of experience in leadership, strategic advisory, or project management roles.
