About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a key member of the Division Leadership Team, working closely with the VP/GM and other leaders to drive the day-to-day operational aspects of the Division. This role requires a strategic and innovative leader with a strong focus on process improvement, operational efficiency, and the ability to anticipate and address challenges. The Chief of Staff will be responsible for direct and managing the Division's business rhythm, integrating operational objectives to meet financial and non-financial goals, and supporting the development and execution of the Division's annual and long-range strategic plans. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to think ahead and provide recommended options to leadership. Candidates for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree with at least 10 years' work experience, or a Master's degree with 8 years' experience, in project/program management or relevant business experience. A background in project management, analytical, and planning skills are necessary, as is the ability to travel and obtain a Secret security clearance. The ideal candidate will have a technical or business-related Master's or MBA degree, a PMP or similar certification, and a strong understanding of the company's culture. Experience with the defense community and international programs is a plus. The role also involves serving as a trusted advisor to the VP/GM and the Division Leadership Team, and leading strategic communication efforts.
