Cleared Armed Security Officer - Poly Required

We are currently seeking Cleared Armed Security Officers to support critical data center security operations in Culpeper, Virginia. This is a high-impact role that helps safeguard vital systems and information from sophisticated global threats. 🔐 What You’ll Do
As a Cleared Armed Security Officer, you’ll play a key role in upholding the security and integrity of one of the nation's most sensitive operational environments: Enforce strict access control policies to prevent unauthorized entry and protect personnel, infrastructure, and data. Monitor and respond to alarms, security incidents, and safety concerns with professionalism and urgency. Patrol and secure sensitive facilities while conducting inspections of doors, locks, alarms, and surveillance systems. Serve as a key point of contact for employees, visitors, and contractors — ensuring compliance with all PGI and client security procedures. Deliver accurate and timely reports and maintain clear lines of communication with the PGI Site Manager. Support additional duties such as equipment maintenance, firearms sustainment, and operational readiness. Uphold PGI’s standards of conduct, appearance, and integrity at all times. ✅ What You Bring
Required Qualifications: U.S. Citizenship Active Top Secret / SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph High school diploma or GED One of the following: 1+ year of security, law enforcement, or corrections experience 2+ years of active or reserve military service (honorable discharge) 21 years of age or older Ability to obtain and maintain a Virginia DCJS Security Guard License Ability to complete firearms training and ongoing sustainment Strong verbal and written communication skills in English Reliable transportation and ability to pass drug screening Preferred Qualifications: Current Virginia DCJS Security Guard License
2+ years of experience in high-security environments (military, LE, intel)
Familiarity with Lenel access control systems
Documented handgun proficiency and/or training 🏋️ Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts and conduct foot patrols on uneven terrain Must be physically capable of climbing stairs, bending, and lifting during daily operations and training exercises 🌟 Why Join PGI?
