THE ROLE

We are looking for a driven, tech-savvy Clinical Solutions Specialist to help launch and expand our AI-powered platform in real-world clinical settings. You will play a key role in improving provider workflows, ensuring compliance, and directly engaging with clients to enhance their experience. • Be the Go-To Clinical Expert – Work closely with clients to optimize workflows, provide hands-on support, and ensure a seamless integration of our AI technology.
• Drive Compliance & Innovation – Stay ahead of industry regulations, conduct audits, and collaborate with our compliance team to keep our platform cutting-edge.
• Own the Client Experience – Build strong relationships with providers, lead onboarding sessions, and deliver top-tier training to maximize client success.
• Develop Clinical Programs – Create technical guides, update outdated workflows, and partner with our product teams to enhance software solutions.
• Make an Impact – Travel across the U.S. to work directly with healthcare providers, ensuring our technology drives real results in the field (60% regional travel)

• 2-5 years as a CMA, LPN or RN (cardiology experience = major plus!)
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs)
• A passion for improving provider workflows & eliminating inefficiencies
• A natural ability to connect with people—from frontline staff to executives
• A knack for working in fast-paced, startup-style environments
• Strong knowledge of clinical workflows, regulatory compliance, and healthcare tech
• A willingness to travel and work hands-on with clients nationwide
