Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated CNC Operator to join their team. As a CNC Operator, you will be an integral part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate precision, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: CNC Operator

Location: Carlstadt, NJ

Pay Range: $22-$25/hourly 

Shift:

1 st Shift 7 – 3:15 PM

2 nd Shift 3:15 – 11:30 PM

What's the Job?

• Operate CNC machinery with precision and safety standards.
• Read and interpret production tickets, specifications, and measurements.
• Perform daily startup, calibration, and general maintenance of equipment.
• Assemble, sand, and finish components according to detailed specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 5 years experience; knowledge of automated wood CNC Routers, door hardware and basic woodworking skills are required.
• Ability to read measurements and operate hand and power tools effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment with reliable attendance.

• Leer e interpretar órdenes de producción, especificaciones y mediciones.
• Realizar arranques diarios, calibraciones y mantenimiento general del equipo.
• Montar, lijar y terminar componentes según las especificaciones detalladas.
• Mantener un ambiente de trabajo limpio, organizado y seguro en todo momento.

¿Qué necesitas?

• Experiencia previa en fabricación, carpintería o trabajo en madera preferida.
• Capacidad para leer mediciones y operar herramientas manuales y eléctricas de manera efectiva.
• Gran atención al detalle y compromiso con la calidad.
• Capacidad física para levantar hasta 50 lbs y permanecer de pie por períodos prolongados.
• Disposición para trabajar en un ambiente de equipo con asistencia confiable.
