CoWorx is seeking a skilled CNC Waterjet Operator to maintain, set up, and operate a two-axis FLOW CNC Waterjet cutting machine in the Conway, NH area!
This direct hire opportunity focuses on fabricating high-quality metallic and non-metallic parts with precision and efficiency.
Pay: $25.00 – $32.00 per hour (based on experience)
Full-Time, Day Shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Read blueprints to verify part accuracy prior to running the Waterjet machine.
• Program and operate the CNC Flow 6’x12’ Waterjet using FLOWMASTER software.
• Start and monitor machine operation, detecting malfunctions or out-of-tolerance cuts, and adjust as needed.
• Deburr edges and holes, protecting parts from damage.
• Maintain and service pumps, cutting nozzles, orifices, and the cutting table.
• Perform daily machine maintenance and safety checks.
• Operate forklift to load/unload materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Measure parts for accuracy and consistency using precision tools.
• Communicate regularly with supervisor and General Manager regarding workflow.
• Follow all company and manufacturer safety procedures.

Desired Background/Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical school preferred.
• 2–3 years’ experience operating CNC machines, preferably Waterjet.
• Basic knowledge of cutting tools is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately.
• Mechanically inclined with attention to detail.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
• Good interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficient with measuring instruments such as tape measures, calipers, micrometers, depth gauges, and dial indicators.
