Your Responsibilities - Performing thorough patient evaluations, ordering necessary tests, and crafting customized care strategies
- Diagnosing and treating acute, episodic, or chronic conditions collaboratively with physicians or autonomously, as permitted by your credentials
- Providing valuable education to patients and families about preventive health, wellness, and chronic disease management
- Prescribing appropriate medications and therapies within your scope of practice
- Engaging in patient follow-up care and managing long-term health conditions

Educational Prerequisites - Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
- Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
Necessary Certifications - Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Colorado
- National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or equivalent specialty
