Position: Community Outreach Manager
- Interview, hire, train and manage canvassers to schedule Free Window or Roofing presentations with homeowners.
Responsibilities:
- Interview, hire, train and manage canvassers
- Schedule appointments for FREE window and roofing presentations.
Requirements:
- Interview and hire candidates
- Train canvassers on sripting, objections and scheduling of appointments
- Motivate and manage canvassers in the field to hit goals on a day to day basis
- Qualifed candidates must have experience interviewing, hiring and training canvassers
